Good English communication skills required
Accounts receivable/payment.
VAT and cooperate tax filing.
Petty cash management.
Payment follow up.
Creating profit/loss statement for properties.
Day to day entry of data using our customized real estate management software.
Reconciliation of bank statements, and supplier accounts.
Stay updated on VAT regulations related to the Real estate.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
Provide guidance and support the team in day-to-day accounting functions.
Education:
Bachelor's (Minimum Preferred)
Experience:
Min 2 years experience as an Accountant in the UAE.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Good knowledge of UAE VAT laws and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
