Job Description

Nationality: Lebanese, Saudi, Jordanian, Syrian Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company. 2. Accounting Operations: Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. 3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies. 5. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and prevent financial misstatement. 6. Team Management: Lead and supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed. 7. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement. Specific to Construction Industry: 1. Project Accounting: Manage project-based accounting, including cost tracking, billing, and revenue recognition. 2. Job Costing: Ensure accurate job costing and profitability analysis for construction projects. 3. Contract Management: Oversee contract compliance and financial management for construction projects. Requirements: 1. Professional accounting qualification preferably CPA 2. Experience in construction industry accounting. 3. Must have internal and internal audit experience. 4.
