Support chief accountant/finance manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data including banks.
Assist with the input and processing of payments in compliance with company policies.
Manage invoicing, follow up on payments, and resolve discrepancies with clients and vendors.
Provide administrative and operational assistance in managing routine financial tasks.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls.
Support the preparation of financial records and documents for internal audits.
Assist in generating management reports to provide insights into financial performance.
Verify financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting systems.
