We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in real estate, property sales, and leasing. The role involves managing the full spectrum of accounting tasks for our property management operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting business decisions with sound financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile financial records for property sales, leasing transactions, and property management operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Process invoices, tenant payments, commissions, and vendor settlements related to sales and leasing activities.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and profitability for individual properties and projects.
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and RERA (if applicable).
Coordinate with the CRM and sales teams to resolve billing, payment, and discrepancies.
Support audits and prepare documentation for external auditors.
Track lease agreements, sales contracts, and related financial documentation to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant in a real estate or property management company, with exposure to property sales and leasing transactions.
Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.
Preferred:
Familiarity with RERA requirements and real estate-specific financial practices.
