Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and internal teams on financial matters
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years' experience in
real estate/property management/holiday homes accounting
Strong knowledge of
accounting software
(QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or similar)
Familiarity with
OTA reporting (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
preferred
Good understanding of
VAT compliance in the UAE
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Currently in UAE and available to join immediately
