to manage the financial operations of our Holiday Homes company. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, guest payments, property-related expenses, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day accounting operations using
QuickBooks
.
Record and reconcile guest bookings, deposits, and refunds.
Track property expenses, maintenance costs, and vendor invoices.
Prepare and issue invoices to guests, agents, and vendors.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card payments, and online booking platforms.
Assist with VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
Support budgeting and forecasting for multiple properties.
Maintain organized financial records for audits and internal reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong expertise in QuickBooks
.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, property management, or holiday homes.
Familiarity with online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic tax compliance.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferably with own visa
