Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Accountant

to join our dynamic team at

Gazal Real Estate Brokers LLC

. This role plays a key part in managing the financial operations related to our property leasing, holiday homes, and real estate sales services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

real estate accounting

, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of

UAE regulatory compliance and VAT regulations

. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, handling client and vendor accounts, and ensuring timely billing and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including AP/AR, reconciliations, and ledger entries. Track income and expenses for multiple properties and holiday homes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws, RERA regulations, and tax (VAT) obligations. Assist in budget forecasting, cost control, and financial planning. Liaise with auditors, banks, and government bodies as required. Generate reports to support the property management and sales teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or property management accounting. Strong knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software. Familiarity with DLD/Ejari systems and RERA compliance preferred. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
