Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant to manage our company's financial records, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements Handle

QuickBooks accounting software

for all financial transactions and reporting Process VAT submissions, payroll, and bank reconciliations Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting Coordinate with external auditors and support internal audits Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial standards Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Maintain financial documentation and filing systems Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (experience in construction/interior fit-out industry is a plus) Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and financial reporting standards Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
