We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Oman, Muscat. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, store keeping , Inventory Management and compliance within Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and general ledger.
? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with
Omani accounting standards.
? Handle payroll, VAT, and other statutory compliance as per Omani regulations.
? Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
? Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
? Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
? Manage store keeping and Inventory activities.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
? Must have 1-2 years of accounting experience in Oman.
? Strong knowledge of Omani tax laws, VAT regulations, and accounting standards.
? Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office.
? Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
? Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
? Should have experience in Inventory and Store Keeping activities
