Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES



General



Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and maintain financial reports. Reconcile accounts and financial records. Analyze financial data and identify trends. Prepare management financial reports. Manage general ledger accounting. Process accounts payable and receivable. Conduct monthly and year-end closing procedures. Maintain accurate accounting records. Ensure compliance with accounting standards. Support annual audit processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Implement internal control procedures. Maintain accurate tax documentation. Assist in budget preparation. Monitor financial transactions. Prepare tax returns and related documents.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE



Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional accounting certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.

2-3 years of professional accounting experience.

Skills



Advanced Excel capabilities.

ERP/Accounting software expertise.

Financial analysis tools proficiency.

Budgeting and forecasting skills.

Tax preparation experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
