Job Summary:

Apply accounting principles to analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, by compiling information and maintaining effective accounting control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly closing reports, profit and loss statements, and cost accounting reports. Review and prepare VAT and tax reports, and conduct tax-related research. Compile and analyze financial data to prepare journal entries for general ledger accounts and document business transactions. Establish, maintain, and oversee accounting systems and control procedures. Monitor and review financial system reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting records. Communicate billing details and accounting policies to staff, vendors, and clients when necessary. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Develop, recommend, and maintain financial databases, accounting software, and manual filing systems. Supervise the input and management of financial data and reports within the company's automated systems. Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

Proficient in financial and accounting software applications. Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). Strong proficiency in MS Office and Tally software. Must currently reside in the UAE and be available to join immediately.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in Real Estate or Shopping Mall operations.
