We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Accountant

to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate reporting across all business entities. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple accounts and projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records and statements. Record daily transactions, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accuracy of ledgers. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Handle VAT filing, compliance, and coordination with relevant authorities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management. Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required. Support management in financial decision-making by providing data-driven insights. Maintain organized documentation and digital records of all financial activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in UAE). Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar). Strong Excel and reporting skills. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Experience handling multi-company or group structures. Background in hospitality, car rental, or real estate sectors. Familiarity with audit preparation and management reporting.
