Make sure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
Pay bills to suppliers and vendors on time.
Keep track of any money the restaurant is owed.
Show how the restaurant is doing financially.
Make sure the restaurant follows financial laws and rules.
Watch the restaurant's cash in and out.
Knows accounting software like Tally
