We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably within Dubai, and will be familiar with the financial operations of the hospitality, holiday homes, or real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
Prepare and maintain accurate
Statement of Accounts
Generate monthly
Profit & Loss (P&L)
reports
Handle
accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements
Assist in
VAT filing
and basic
corporate tax
compliance
Support with internal audits and financial reporting
Coordinate with the operations team for budget tracking and expense control
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-3 years of accounting experience (Dubai experience highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, P&L statements, payables, receivables, and reconciliations
Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and basic corporate tax
Experience in
holiday homes, hotels, or real estate accounting
is a major advantage
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
