White Cafe is hiring an Accountant with experience in the F&B industry to manage daily financial records, sales reconciliation, and reporting across multiple branches. The role requires accuracy, discipline, and close coordination with operations and management.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily sales reconciliation from POS systems and bank deposits
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports per branch
Record and review supplier invoices and payment schedules
Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives
Manage petty cash and verify supporting documents
Support VAT documentation and coordination with external VAT consultants
Maintain accurate financial records for audits and management reporting
Work closely with operations, inventory, and management teams
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Accountant in F&B / restaurant / cafe
Strong understanding of sales reconciliation and cost control
Good Excel skills (reports, formulas, tracking)
Experience with POS systems is required
Knowledge of VAT basics is an advantage
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
UAE experience is preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
