Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and support the financial management of the company. This role is operational and best suited for someone practical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries). Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Manage VAT filings and ensure UAE compliance. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks. Monitor payments, collections, and cash flow. Maintain records related to sales, inventory, and production costs. Ensure proper documentation and internal controls. Support management with financial reporting when required.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, fashion, trading, or FMCG. Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. Experience with accounting software (Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
