Responsibilities
Manage
full accounting
for
multiple companies
using
Zoho Books
Process
daily bank transactions and payments
(Monday-Friday)
Prepare
bank payment requests, letters, and statements
Handle
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Work with
online payment systems
, including payment links and refunds
Manage payments for
subscriptions, advertising, IT, and visa expenses
Support
payroll processing
, including:
- Bank and cash payments
- Payments to local and remote employees
Assist with
VAT and Corporate Tax filing
Prepare
financial reports
using Excel and Google Sheets
Support office and finance-related reports as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience using
Zoho Books accounting software
Strong skills in
Excel and Google Sheets
(formulas, reports)
Knowledge of
banking operations and payment processing
Experience with
AP, AR, and payroll support
Familiarity with
VAT and tax reporting
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with
large amounts of financial data
Good communication and teamwork skills
