Job Responsibilities:
Process payments for expenses, procurement, and daily operational supplies.
Reconcile bank statements at month-end.
Match invoices with payment transactions and generate accounting vouchers.
Record all cash operations in Odoo.
Prepare quarterly statistics and reports on total revenue and actual cash collections.
Print and organize original accounting documents.
Transfer inventory to Fixed Assets in the system for all regions.
Verify that all invoices from service planners match the documents recorded in the system each month.
Support the statutory audit by collecting necessary documents
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
Experience with Odoo is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and basic financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English.
