Key Responsibilities:
Accurately record financial transactions and organize invoices and receipts.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management.
Monitor payments and collections, coordinating with the maintenance team when necessary.
Assist in financial planning and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 2 years of practical accounting experience, preferably with exposure to maintenance or real estate sectors.
Proficiency in accounting software and strong financial analysis skills.
Good organizational and communication skills.
