Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete books of accounts (GL, AP, AR)
Handle
project-wise accounting
for fit-out and interior works
Track project costs, expenses, supplier payments, and client invoices
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
Manage
VAT filing, reconciliation, and compliance
in the UAE
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Prepare payment schedules for suppliers and subcontractors
Coordinate with auditors, VAT consultants, and banks
Maintain proper documentation for invoices, LPOs, contracts, and expenses
Support management with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
3-5 years UAE experience
, preferably in
interiors / contracting / construction
Strong knowledge of
UAE VAT laws
Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling
fit-out project costing and profitability
ACCA / CA / CMA (or pursuing)
