Crack Batch Small Batch Roastery is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Accountant
to manage the company's financial records, reporting, and compliance. The role will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial data, and assist management with clear financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Manage VAT registration, filings, and compliance
Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
Track expenses, invoices, and supplier payments
Assist with payroll coordination and employee expense tracking
Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and authorities when required
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience (F&B or retail experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
