Position: ACCOUNTANT
Location: UAE, Sheikh Sayed Road
Experience: 2-3 years (Real Estate industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations and financial records
Handle VAT filing, returns, and compliance
Manage AML (Anti-Money Laundering) reporting and related documentation
Prepare monthly MIS reports, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
Coordinate with management, auditors, and external partners
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
Monthly P& L & Balance sheet
Requirements:
2-3 years of accounting experience (real estate sector is a plus)
Strong knowledge of VAT and AML filing
Familiar with UAE accounting practices
Proficient in accounting software
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
