Job Description

We are urgently hiring a qualified and experienced

Accountant

to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate must have

relevant experience in the UAE

, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT filing, and corporate tax compliance. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and contribute to the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle accounting including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records. Ensure timely and accurate

VAT return filing

and compliance with UAE tax regulations. Manage and assist in

corporate tax filings

in accordance with UAE laws. Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and prepare regular financial reports. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and legal financial obligations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks as needed. Maintain up-to-date financial documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE

. Understanding of

UAE VAT laws

and

corporate taxation

. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar platforms. Solid knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles. Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
