Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee the operation of Value Added Tax, Corporate Tax and any other future taxes related processes and procedures and recommend improvements to the procedures by developing or implementing best practices Manage tax provision and tax compliance process effectively and ensure timely filing of returns and handling responses to various audits/queries from the Federal Tax Authority Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information Collect, sort and check supplier invoices Data entry, including vouchers, accounting statements, other reports and records Prepare sales tax invoices/bills Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organisation's financial health is protected Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Manage payroll processing, including overtime calculations, salary deductions in accordance with UAE labor laws, and timely payments to employees

Requirements:

Mandatory: Advance knowledge of Tally accounting software for efficient financial management

Strong understanding of UAE accounting principles, tax regulations and financial reporting standards Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership position Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools
