1. Record and track daily company financial transactions, including income and expenses.
2. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy
3. Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and managing invoices
4. Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for management reviews.
5. Manage Quarterly VAT filings, ensuring all transactions align with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) standards.
6. Maintain records in preparation for Corporate Tax filing.
7. Handle banking transactions such as payments, reconciliations, and fund transfers
8. Maintain and organize financial records to ensure compliance with AML/CFT Portal
9. Proficiency in Advance MS Excel and financial software (experience with Tally ERP)
10. Strong understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT law, Corporate Tax regulations and AML/CFT Compliance.
11. Prepare all documentation and act as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors during year-end financial reviews.
12. Execute payroll processing, salary accounting, and employee-related benefits (reimbursements, deductions) in compliance with UAE Labor Law.
13. Ensure full compliance of all property transactions with AML and KYC regulations
