Accountant

Candidate must be an expert in managing accountins, bookkeeping, financial Transactions, accurate journaling, handling and proper follow-up of accounts payable and receivable, financial reconciliations, VAT filing, generating financial report, analyzing and monitoring financial reports, etc..

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Manage supplier and customer accounts Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with audits, VAT submissions, and compliance with UAE accounting standards. Maintain the confidentiality of financial data and ensure proper record-keeping. Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts Publish financial statements on time Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Report on the company's financial health and liquidity Audit financial transactions and documents Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, Strong knowledge of accounting software Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and other office applications. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
