We are looking for a General Account with Trading Experience to handle our companies General Accounts and Operations.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage financial processes while also overseeing day-to-day business operations.

The balance of accounting expertise and operational insight makes it a crucial role for improving efficiency and driving the overall financial health of the Firm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Accounting

1. As a General Accounting, he should be knowledgeable of all accounting processes, maintain accurate records of financial transaction,

reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements (income, balance sheets, cash flow).

2. Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and clients collects.

3. Manage and maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.

4. Calculate and file UAE VAT, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

5. Perform internal audits to verify financial data accuracy and compliance.

6. Prepare required financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).

7. Prepare Proforma, Purchase Vouchers, Credit Notes, Quotations and Tax invoices.

8. Payroll management, prepare salaries in compliance with WPS.

9. Monitor cash flow and liquidity, making recommendations for cash management.

10. Assist in financial analysis, including cost analysis and profitability assessment for each department.

11. Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

12. Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.

Operations

13. Manage and streamline day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency across all departments.

14. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of services.

15. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.

16. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

Education & Qualifications:

Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. ACCA, CPA, CA or other relevant certifications are required.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in accounting and operations management is preferred. Experienced in Excel for reporting,

Hands on Experience in Tally AND SAP.

Personality: - Smart, Quick Learner, Attention to Detail.
