Progress billing, variation orders, and retention
Accounts payable & receivable
Cash flow management
Familiar with
IFRS
and local accounting standards
Experience with
ERP/accounting software
(e.g. SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks)
Contracting-Specific Knowledge
Understanding of:
Contract terms (FIDIC or similar)
Interim Payment Certificates (IPC)
Subcontractor payments and certifications
Material reconciliation and inventory control
Coordination with
QS, Project Managers, and Procurement teams
Compliance & Reporting
Preparation of:
Monthly project cost reports
Financial statements and management reports
Audit schedules and supporting documents
Knowledge of
VAT / Tax regulations
applicable to contracting companies
