Kaltech Energy LLC, a growing company in the solar and renewable energy sector, is looking for a
detail-oriented Accountant
who can also support
office administration activities
. The role involves managing accounting functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries and ledgers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
Handle general office administration and documentation
Manage filing of contracts, invoices, and company records
Support HR with employee records and document tracking
Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and internal memos
Ensure smooth daily office operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
2-4 years of experience in accounting and office administration
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
Experience with accounting software (ERP / Zoho / Tally or similar)
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
Good organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Preferred
Candidates on Spouse Visa
Experience in engineering, construction, or renewable energy companies
Familiarity with ERP systems
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
