Managing and analyzing financial data, preparing statements, ensuring compliance, and advising on financial health by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, creating budgets, preparing taxes, and auditing records to support business decisions and maintain accuracy.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, general ledgers, journals, and periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Bookkeeping & Data Entry:
Record financial transactions, manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, and reconcile bank statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in budget preparation, monitor variances, and provide financial forecasts.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and tax laws, computing and filing taxes.
Auditing & Controls:
Coordinate internal/external audits, implement financial controls, and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data to provide insights, recommend cost reductions, and support strategic decisions.
Software Management:
Maintain and utilize accounting software.
