Go Kite Travels & Tours is a dynamic and rapidly growing travel company dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences to our clients. Our company specializes in delivering tailor-made travel solutions that cater to the unique needs of our diverse client base.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Sharjah Branch. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of our company.

Key Responsibilities

*Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

*Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

*Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.

*Monitor and manage the company's budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

*Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

*Prepare and submit necessary tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

*Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.

*Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

*Contribute to the development and improvement of internal financial policies and procedures.

*Provide financial guidance to management, assisting in decision-making processes

QUALIFICATIONS

*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

*Proven experience as an Accountant with a minimum of 3-4 years of travel industry experience is mandatory.

*Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems

*Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

*Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

*Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
