Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable
Accountant
to join its professional team in
Dubai
. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong accounting fundamentals who can manage daily financial activities while supporting accurate reporting and compliance within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Support VAT calculations, filings, and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
