to join our technical maintenance company in Al Quoz 4, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounting experience in the UAE and be able to manage day-to-day financial activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, and bookkeeping
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Maintain bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
Assist in monthly and yearly financial reports
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies
Coordinate with management and auditors when required
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of accounting experience in the UAE
Experience in a
technical maintenance or contracting company
is an advantage
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho or similar)
Good understanding of VAT filing and compliance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
