Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and general ledger entries.
Record all invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
2. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
3. Payroll Management
Process monthly salaries and maintain employee payroll records.
Ensure accurate calculation of overtime, deductions, and allowances.
4. VAT & Compliance
Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
Maintain all required documents for audits and inspections.
5. Payments & Collections
Handle supplier payments, petty cash, and expense reimbursements.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain proper collection records.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting (healthcare/clinic experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and VAT regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
Good communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information.
