Oversee full-spectrum accounting and financial operations for all group companies.
Manage and consolidate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
Develop and implement robust financial policies, systems, and internal controls.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external partners for audits, taxation, and compliance.
Manage cash flow, financial risk, and cost optimization strategies.
Support management with data-driven financial insights and business planning.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a group company setup.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE taxation laws.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple entities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Zoho books) and advanced Excel skills.
Gujarati Preferred.
