Dealing with banks, LCs, LGs, overdraft application, and other sources to raise funds & maintain the stability of the company's financial position.
Management of payroll and incentives for the staff and third-party staff as well.
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Accounts receivables & payables management, credit worthiness evaluation of new & existing customers, reconciliation of suppliers' accounts, control and monitor monthly credit balance of the clients
Internal Audit, compliance & controls.
Overview monthly Time sheet of all employees as well their salaries and overtime.
Reviewing and ensure that the Monthly Management Accounts are scrutinized thoroughly in order to maintain accuracy in P&L A/c and Balance Sheet
Making sure that all the financial transactions accurate and complete
Trend analysis on quarterly basis to control the sales area where it falls
Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
