We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Accountant with a strong accounting. This role will involve managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. The accountant will report to the management, collaborating closely with other departments.
Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed and recorded.
Reconcile general ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accuracy.
Handle project costings, budgeting, and forecasting specific to construction projects.
Maintain and monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning and analysis.
Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Review financial statements and reports for accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies
Ensure all accounting records are kept up to date and in compliance with industry standards
