Accountant
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong real estate accounting experience and a solid understanding of UAE financial compliance.
Requirements:
Experience in
Dubai real estate
, including
off-plan deals
and working with
developers
Experience in
VAT filing
and
Corporate Tax filing
Proficient in preparing
Profit & Loss Accounts
and
Balance Sheets
Experience using
Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Software
Ability to manage
accounts receivable/payable
,
cash flow
, and
financial statements
Skilled in
preparing invoices
, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts
Knowledge of RERA/DLD-related financial processes is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience in
commission tracking and follow-ups with channel partners
Experience in
WPS payroll preparation and submission
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit
VAT & Corporate Tax
filings on time
Maintain accurate
financial records
using
Zoho
Prepare
Profit & Loss statements
,
Balance Sheets
, and monthly financial reports
Prepare
invoices
, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense records
Manage
company expenses
, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
Track, monitor, and follow up on commissions from channel partners
Prepare and submit
WPS payroll
monthly
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and real estate regulations
