Income Audit:
Review and verify daily revenue reports, night audit pack and reconcile with system postings.
Ensure accuracy of room revenue, F&B revenue, and other income streams.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in revenue reports and POS systems.
Prepare daily income journal and submit to Chief Accountant for approval.
Prepare and post respective monthly closing JVs.
Account Receivable:
Ensure the timely credit collections of all outstanding payments
Manage credit meetings with key stakeholders
Monitor credit limits of all outstanding accounts
Work with the Head of Finance to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Manage all account queries and disputes
General Cashiering:
Oversee daily cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Verify cashier reports and reconcile cash deposits with bank statements.
Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and prepare related reports.
Support training of front-office and outlet cashiers on cash handling standards
Performs any additional duties assigned by Financial Controller
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality finance with exposure to income audit, account receivable and cashiering.
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Opera, Micros, Epicor iScala).
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
