Accountant
to join our team and support our financial operations as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations
Prepare and maintain the general ledger
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Prepare financial statements and variance analyses
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Process payroll or oversee payroll provider
Support tax preparation and work with external CPAs
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-5 years of accounting experience (adjust as needed)
Strong understanding of GAAP
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
CPA or CPA-track preferred (optional)
