Key Responsibilities
Accounting
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle invoices, payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports and support audits.
Track project expenses and coordinate with the project/site teams.
Salary & HR
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee records, leave management, and attendance.
Prepare contracts, offer letters, and handle HR documentation.
Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding.
Procurement
Assist in sourcing materials and suppliers.
Prepare LPOs, follow up on deliveries, and track material costs.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely supply of materials.
Maintain vendor records and compare quotations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of accounting experience (fit-out or construction background preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with accounting software preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and handle accounting + HR + procurement responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
