We're looking for an organized and driven Accountant to join our company.
Duties:
Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills
Experience in VAT (taxazation)
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills in English
Manage all accounting transactions
Handling of Petty cash and recording bank transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Collecting payments and Cheques follow up
Experience:
Accounting: 2-3 years experience
Candidates with background in Real Estate are preferred.
Education:
Bacherlor's Degree in Accounting or related fields.
