Job Description

We are looking for an

Accountant

with strong experience in the

Logistics / Freight / Shipping

sector in the UAE.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years accounting experience

in the

UAE

Previous experience in a

Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Shipping company

is a must Good knowledge of

ZOHO / accounting software

Strong understanding of

payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, VAT, and basic MIS reports

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting / Finance

or related field Good communication skills in

English

Currently based in the

UAE

and available to join within a short notice period

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

day-to-day accounting entries, shipping dox, and all

Manage

AP/AR

and follow up for payments Prepare

monthly closing, P&L support, and basic financial reports

Coordinate with

operations and logistics team

for billing, costings, and job files Ensure

compliance with UAE VAT

and maintain proper documentation Support

audit

and management reporting as required
