We are looking for an experienced Accountant with Event / Exhibition / Marketing / Interior / Advertising Industry experience and strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, Corporate Tax (CT), and hands-on expertise in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare financial statements, ledgers, journal entries, and monthly/yearly reports.
Handle VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) calculations, filing, and compliance.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Perform bank reconciliations, expense management, and petty cash handling.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Coordinate with management for financial reporting and documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Certifications such as CA, CMA, or relevant accounting courses are an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho is mandatory; Tally/QuickBooks is a plus).
Requirements:
2-6 years of UAE accounting experience.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and independent working skills.
Preference for immediate joiners and candidates on spouse visa.
