We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant
to manage day-to-day
financial transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the financial health of the
company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of
UAE accounting practices
,
including VAT regulations, payroll processing, and banking procedures. This role requires
accuracy, integrity, and a proactive approach to financial reporting and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Coordinate with external auditors and support in preparing audit schedules and required documentation.
Monitor cash flow, budget forecasting, and expense tracking.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure secure data management.
Support management with financial insights and analysis to aid strategic decision making.
Liaise with banks, vendors, and government authorities for financial and regulatory matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus).
Minimum of
3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret financial data accurately.
High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
