Work Schedule
Mandatory:
On-site at our studio
once every weekend.
Additional Work:
Remote support during the week when needed.
Flexibility with timing is required depending on workload.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain
monthly financial reports
and business performance summaries.
Assist with
pricing for jewelry products
.
Manage accounting records, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Support with
government-related applications or filings
(rare but required occasionally)
Monitor expenses, cash flow, and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and maintain high accuracy.
Work collaboratively with a small team and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong sense of loyalty.
Requirements
Proven experience as an
Accountant
(preferably with small businesses or retail/creative industries)
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reporting, and cost analysis.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines quickly.
Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Based in Dubai and able to attend in-person every weekend.
Preferred Qualities
Experience with product costing or pricing strategies.
Familiarity with UAE accounting practices and basic government requirements.
A supportive attitude and willingness to work with a growing, close-knit creative team.
