Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily financial records, invoices, and receipts
Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting
Prepare basic financial reports
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and filing

Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting
