with solid experience in construction and steel fabrication accounting. You will be responsible for handling the full accounting cycle, project costing, material tracking, and financial reporting, all while working closely with site teams, engineers, and management. What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end accounting for contracting and steel fabrication projects
Monitor project costs, job costing, expenses, and budgets
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and project cost summaries
Track steel material inventory, fabrication output, and wastage
Handle AP/AR, supplier ledgers, subcontractor accounts, petty cash, and reconciliations
Coordinate with procurement, site teams, engineers, and workshop supervisors
Support payroll for workshop and site staff
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations
Assist in internal and external audits
Maintain accurate documentation and provide actionable financial insights
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
3-5 years of experience in construction or contracting accounting
Experience in steel fabrication accounting is a plus
Strong hands-on experience in
Tally
(priority)
Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
Knowledge of inventory control, WIP accounting, and project costing
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
Able to take responsibility and work independently
