We are hiring an experienced

Construction Accountant

with strong hands-on experience in

Tally

and a solid understanding of

contracting and steel fabrication accounting

. You will be responsible for handling the full accounting cycle, project costing, material tracking, and financial reporting, all while working closely with engineers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting for contracting and steel-fabrication projects Handle project cost control, job costing, expense monitoring, and budget tracking Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and project cost summaries Maintain accurate steel material inventory, fabrication output logs, and wastage reports Manage AP/AR, supplier ledgers, subcontractor accounts, petty cash, and reconciliations Coordinate with procurement, site teams, engineers, and workshop supervisors Handle payroll inputs for workshop and site staff Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations Assist in internal and external audits Maintain proper documentation and support management with financial insights Oversee all contracting-related accounting responsibilities independently

Requirements:

Master's / Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3-5 years of experience in

construction/contracting accounting

Experience in the

steel fabrication industry

is preferred

Strong proficiency in Tally

(priority requirement) Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage Experience in inventory control, WIP accounting, and project costing Strong analytical skills and accuracy in reporting Ability to manage responsibilities independently

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
