Job Description

MADO is a renowned international restaurant brand known for its rich culinary heritage, exceptional service, and high-quality Turkish cuisine. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations at our restaurant location.

Job Summary:


A Junior Accountant supports the accounting department by performing a variety of tasks related to financial record-keeping, reporting, and analysis.--

F&B experience is a must.



Key Responsibilities:



Maintaining Financial Records:

Junior accountants record and summarize financial transactions, update ledgers, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Preparing Financial Reports:

They assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports, ensuring they are accurate and timely.

Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Junior accountants handle tasks related to invoices, payments, and collections, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable.

Reconciling Accounts:

They reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Assisting with Audits:

Junior accountants provide support during audits by gathering information, preparing documentation, and responding to auditor requests.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Accountant in

F

&B (minimum 2.5 years preferred). Experience in Receivables, General Ledger (GL), and Payables. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: from 4k AED to 6k AED per month and will be determined based on experience.
